Eat 2 Wellness is an approved NDIS provider, available to assist NDIS clients requiring nutrition and lifestyle assistance.
Assistance categories include:
- 0128 Therapeutic supports
– dietary assessment, consultation, planning & dietary recommendations - 0103 Assistive products for personal care and safety
– nutrition supplements and feeding - 0120 Household tasks
– education for food preparation to NDIS NGOs - Home visits where negotiated

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and NDIS provider, my focus is primarily about using nutrition to enhance community health.
My areas of expertise include chronic disease nutrition assessment and dietary management.
I have a passion for good nutrition for all people within the community, and take a very commonsense approach to dietary issues.
My expertise is in problem-solving common health concerns and dealing with all manner of nutrition challenges at any stage of life, based on your nutritional goals and nutritional needs.
